Scope of service. DecarbOS Intelligence currently provides Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 reporting and Physical Climate Risk reports only. Full ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting is coming soon. Under the UAE Climate Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024), filing Scope 1 and Scope 2 on mrv.ae is treated on this website as mandatory for every organisation; Scope 3 is optional.
Option 1 or Option 2? See what each includes
Option 1

Self-File: we give you the figures and the steps, you file

From AED 8,000 per site per year + VAT

You do: upload or type your bills; log in to mrv.ae with your own UAE PASS; type our figures following our step-by-step guide; submit.

We do: read and check every bill, calculate Scope 1, 2 and 3, and give you the report, the calculation Excel and the mrv.ae entry sheet with every field and value.

Who files on mrv.ae: You.

Option 2

We File For You: you upload, we do everything

From AED 16,000 per site per year + VAT

You do: upload your bills and trade licence, and accept the Letter of Authority online. That is all; nothing more is needed from you on mrv.ae.

We do: everything in Option 1, plus, under that Letter of Authority, registering your company on mrv.ae ourselves and entering and submitting all your figures and documents using our own named UAE PASS accounts. We never ask for your password.

Who files on mrv.ae: DecarbOS, start to finish, under your Letter of Authority. (You can keep final approval yourself if you prefer; see the letter for that option.)

In both options your organisation stays legally responsible for its data and its filing under Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024. Where third-party verification is required (0.5 million tonnes CO2e or more), it is done by an independent accredited verifier, not by DecarbOS. Your trade licence and Emirates ID copies are stored encrypted in the UAE under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
