1. General information only

The content of this website and our reports is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

2. Laws change

UAE climate and reporting rules, including the portal requirements of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE), are still developing. Each law page states the date on which we last checked it. Always confirm the current position with MOCCAE or a qualified adviser before you file.

3. Emission factors and indicative totals are not official

  • Our emission factor library is compiled from published sources and may differ from the factors MOCCAE uses.
  • Totals we show are indicative. The mrv.ae calculates the official results, and those results prevail over ours.

4. Not assurance or verification

Our reports are prepared from the data you provide. They are not an audit, assurance, verification or certification, and they do not replace independent verification where it is required.

5. Climate data has limits

  • Physical climate results come from models and from satellite and public datasets. They have limited resolution, can contain gaps and errors, and show possibilities, not certainties.
  • Each dataset shows its source and time stamp. Results can change as sources are updated.
  • Do not rely on the report alone for decisions about safety, insurance, investment or construction.

6. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the report concerned, as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
